"Hidden Ridge Resort was an incredible experience. I only stayed for one night, but it did not disappoint. My buddy and I came for the Banff skijoring event, and we absolutely loved our stay. My favorite parts were the mountain views from the hot pool, the sauna, and the super convenient location right beside the bus station. The free transit tickets they provide were a huge bonus. The wood-burning fireplace added such a cozy touch, and the heated floors in the pool area were an awesome detail I didn’t know I needed. Even the washroom facilities were clean and well-designed. There were so many little details that made the stay feel special. On top of that, the staff were kind and friendly, and everything was smooth with little to no wait time. Honestly, an incredible experience. I’ll probably book the same place again next year."

"Arguably one of the best hotels to stay at in Banff for the average traveller. The reception is warm and inviting, checking in is easy and the parking is well thought out. The hotel has a specacular rooftop hottub with lots of room and the view is spectacular. Heated floors, a wonderful sauna and a well appointed fitness room round out the amenities that I have experienced. The rooms are great and the pour-over coffee provided in the room adds to the warmth the rest of the hotel brings. I stay here as often as I can"
