「The staff suggested us the way to the tourist attractions with map provided. The wifi can be connected in the whole hotel area, including room, restaurant, lobby and parking area. One bad thing is the water kept changing from very hot to very cold and vice versa when we were taking shower.」

「We enjoyed the property and the areas around it, it was an easy walk to the beach and had grocery stores and restaurants in the surrounding areas. However, we found the customer service and amenities disappointing. We were not provided with a change in towels or bed sheets throughout our 11 day stay. As well, after one roll of toilet paper we had to go buy our own. One of the staff was reluctant in calling us a taxi. 」

「What a lovely stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Our room was on the top floor, its smaller, but quaint. Bathroom was comfortable size. Asela was lovely, helpful, and accomodating. He made you feel so welcome! After we wandered for 20min from the taxi to the hotel, i couldn't believe how perfect the location was, it was a last minute booking and a great choice. Dont bring roller suitcases to venice. We watched everyone else struggle up and down those steps.」

「Nous avons loué une caravane pour visiter Venise en avril. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la plage ou la piscine qui avaient l'air très bien car il faisait un peu froid. Il aurait fallu une couverture supplémentaire d'ailleurs car nous avons eu très froid la nuit. Sinon, les draps étaient fournis et bien propres, le logement fonctionnel et propre également. Il était impossible d'avoir des informations sur le trajet vers Venise avant de venir (le personnel ne parlait ni l'anglais ni le français...

「we were in a small cabin with a small desk (no chairs), two single beds and a bunker bed, and a bathroom with shower. it is clean. the camp is close to a major highway, thus a bit noisy. there is a small supermarket and a restaurant with reasonable prices. it is a nice place if you want to save money. we had a bad experience on the day we left the city. it was raining in the morning when we were leaving the camp. we asked the hotel staff to call a taxi for us to Mestre train station which...
