「A small gem in Ortigia. Although we booked a small double room without a view, it exceeded expectations. It featured a charming private courtyard—perfect for relaxing in the evening with a drink. The room was well-equipped with plenty of amenities, and the shower was excellent. The location is unbeatable, just a stone’s throw from a lovely little beach. 「Everything was great. Just a few recommendations, turn up the heat on the eggs and bacon in the buffet slightly cold. Also turn up the heat on the coffee. Front desk, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Helped us set up multiple transports and made helpful recommendations.」

「Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! 」
