「Location: Excellent, on Ortigia island but close to mainland. Near open air market & many good restaurants. Facilities: Common areas are superb & luxurious. Room is OK, not great. 「The room was big enough for two people and they gave us two single beds as requested. the location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient and the breakfast was real nice and they had quite a lot of choices. One thing that I like the most was the staffs, a women there helped us with everything we needed to travel around and extended the room one more night for us. 「We had a lovely two night stay here. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We planned to take a train to Ragusa and they took us to the train. Unfortunately the train wasn’t running(beware trains in Silicy!). Salvo came back and got us and then they got us a car service with fifteen minutes. Incredible! Yeah to Salvo and the entire staff.」

「We liked the hotel and choose it for it's size of the rooms which are hard t find in the area. Proximity from here to Modica/Ragusa was also great and why we picked it. Breakfast was nice since there arent many options very close but there was a charge. Staff was very friendly and helpful but some didnt speak English very well so patience is key or better to know some Italian! We booked their largest room which was a nice size but the bathroom was very small even by Italian standards. Furniture...
