「Such an amazing experience to stay at this B&B, the owner was so helpful and nice to gave our detail guide to parking garage, recommended a wonderful Michelin restaurant for dinner, and of course the breakfast was far better than expected, there were so many food choices. 」

「Palazzo Del Sale is a gem. Giovanni was so welcoming and friendly, as were his staff and dog Gigi. At check in we were treated to a cappuchino before Giovanni helped us with our bags up to our room. The location of the hotel is perfect for easy walking around beautiful Ortigia. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable and having the patio just outside our door an added bonus. I highly recommend the Palazzo Del Sale and look forward to visiting again. 」

「 The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage...

「The Nostos B&B is located in an old building, the conditions of which are not so appealing. The inside, however, is well docorated and the condition of the room is of very high standard. The location is midway between the railway station and old town, walking time to either is about 10 minutes. The archeological site is also walkable, at a greater distance about 20 minutes away. I have dietary needs which the staff went out of their way to cater for. The staff were lovely. Informative. Helpful. I would definitely come back to this property.」

「Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! 」
