"Belltown, Seattle is like the day/night of the living dead. Keep your head on a swivel, and your wallet close. Junkies roam 3rd street 24hrs/day. This area is not for the faint of heart. "

"This hotel is way more run down than we expected, AC didn’t work and windows don’t open so was warm and stuffy all night, sofa bed was awful and really not useable. Bar/restaurant attached to the hotel had good food and good service. Would not recommend this hotel to others. "

The level of cleanliness and freshness of the room and its amenities is at 5 star hotel level. Robes, plush towels, refrigerator, microwave, upgraded coffee maker, large mirrors. Excellent food choices and lots of complimentary amenities. Highly recommended. "

"Had a great stay. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, room wasn’t ready until 4:50pm. Host was very nice and apologetic and offered a late checkout on our last day for the inconvenience. We will be back. :) thank you"
