「We had to cut our trip short because the friends we were visiting became ill. Expedia refused to give us the refund, even though we checked out on time, stating that the hotel staff would not respond to their calls. The hotel staff informed me that Expedia would call and put them on hold then disconnect the call every time. Pretty shady. I am disappointed that we could not get any refund at all even though we bought the insurance.」

「Do not, I repeat do not stay at this hotel. The description of the rooms listed on the website is absolutely deceptive. The property is run down and not properly maintained. The drapes were filthy and stained. The area did not appear safe and was definitely not family friendly. There was a lot of loitering around the property.」

「I stayed for 3 nights and house keeping never came. When I asked at the front desk the lady told me they only come every few days when you stay for an extended time. At the very least house keeping can come take out the trash and restock the in room coffee. The room trash cans are so small you put one leftover container in the trash and it’s full. Breakfast had such a small selection and it was the same items every time. The staff was friendly though. 」

「I would not recommend this hotel. There is a smell that cannot be described, one iron and ironing board for the entire hotel, booked three rooms, one room kept blowing a breaker, key card kept messing up all three rooms has 1/4 roll toilet paper, thin bedding, no coffee. Charged $500 per room each night, over priced. 」
