「The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.」

「Staff was great. Wall plug missing and carpet/wall edging missing and shower edge needs painting. Sunday breakfast was not real hot and items ran out and took time to get refilled.」

「The breakfast should serve water to drink. They only had juice or coffee. A pitcher of water would have been nice since some people don’t like juice or coffee. I did ask the front desk if they had any and they said no. 」

「This was our second overnight stay in the last couple years as we traveled from the Midwest back to the east coast. Everything was really nice! Accommodations were excellent. Breakfast was great and it was very clean. As far as first world problems go however, there were two minor details. I asked for extra towels and they were not delivered. And there was not enough conditioner or body wash in the shower pumps. They were not filled. But it was late at night when we were all getting ready...
