「Beautiful apartment type hotel in a lovely 100 years old building. The location was central to everything in the historic district. The apartment was spotless. Salvatore was fantastic in keeping in communication with us. Any time we had a question, he answered our texts within minutes. 」

「Communication very poor, no reply at all to my messages. The room keys at a coded box she did nt even message me, I have to ask next door pizza shops for help with several phone calls. Very congested area opposite a redundant hospital. Tv does work all because of depleted controller battery. Have to climb a very steep to get there. Need live credit card to pay online for just 2 euros local tax which i couldn’t complete registration. Avoid」

「Struttura moderna e ben rifinita in una zona di snodo nella Sila Piccola. La stanza era molto ampia e confortevole. L’insonorizzazione non è delle migliori. Se i vicini sono rumorosi si rischia di non riposare. La colazione è ottima e ricca di prodotti del territorio. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante e siamo rimasti positivamente stupiti per la bontà della pizza.」

「Aziz was a pleasure as was every other member of staff we encountered. The hotel is very nice. Clean. Quiet. Relaxing. If I ever visit again, I’ll be sure to book a reservation at the Michelin Star restaurant on the premises. Which nobody ever mentioned. That’s how classy everyone was. No pretense. No ego. Just a nice place staffed by genuine and good people.」
