「Sabina is a gracious host. The room was very clean, lovely and comfortable. The view from the balcony was exquisite. We were able to see the Teatro Massimo Bellini. The breakfast was simple yet delicious. We were within walking distance to several restaurants and the Palazzo. Definitely a great place to stay when in Catania. 」

「I stayed 2 nights at Liodoro, and it was perfect! SUPER quiet, really nice room with a fridge and TV and lovely bathroom (and the bed was super comfy too). The host was great, and very helpful. A really convenient place to stay too - close to so much around the old town. A good base for sightseeing and food too. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes.」

「Staff was very helpful. Hotel location is very central and convenient to many of the sights. Be prepared, however, as it can be quite noisy during the night due to the crowds near the duomo. 」

「Perfect location right in the centre of the old city. The rooms are on the first floor and there is no escalator, so a short climb up with your luggage is unavoidable. We did the check-in on our own and throughout the 2 nights that we stayed there, we haven't sighted any reception staff.」

「Great location. Room and bathroom were large and clean. Bring your own toiletries - toothpaste, etc. This is more of a bed and breakfast. Andrea was very helpful and friendly. Please keep in mind that there is no lift, and accessing rooms requires taking 2 sets of stairs. Andrea was helpful with our luggage when we arrived, but he was not there when we departed so we had to take luggage down ourselves.
