「I reserved here last-minute due to the airport closure in Catania; the rooms are upstairs behind a blank door with an intercom. The only interaction with the property is by that intercom or by WhatsApp. No personal contact whatsoever. Room was big, bright, completely undecorated but for a large chandelier. Very sparse toiletries supplies. Location is good, although uphill, for the main pedestrian streets. Breakfast is a voucher good at a nearby chain cafe, but only for a coffee and pastry,...

「Great experience. Super responsive, friendly staff. While our room was a bit cosmetically worn out, the flaws could all be easily attended to and fixed. Room is spacious, clean, and provided all that we needed. Great location at a fair price. Suited our needs perfectly.」

「Very disappointing experience. The room looked similar to the photos, but the outside of the property and the overall hotel were nothing like I expected. The worst part was how I was treated. Staff knocked on my door, yelled at me, and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. I had planned to stay another night, but after being treated that way, I left instead. I travel all over the world because as a pilot, so I stay in hotels almost every day , This was one of the most unprofessional...

「Amazing people!! We had a lovely time and felt genuinely cared for by the staff!!」

「Beautiful location, Bed wasn't very comfortable as it seemed to sink in the middle at a slant and the tub had some minor leaking at the base when we tried to fill it so we weren't able to use the jacuzzi. Owner was great and responsive and accommodating with bag storage and early check in.」
