「Recently stayed at the Hilton in La Romana and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite a few minor inconveniences. The hotel has many positive qualities, though there is some room for improvement.」

「I usually never leave reviews. I’ve visited so many hotels but this one by far has been the worse experience. I was given a room secluded from everyone. On top of that the tv never worked I reported the issue, and on the day I was checking out they decided they wanted to take care of it. I had critters all thru my visit. From frogs being found every night of my stay , to flying insects. I understand we’re in a hot climate but the fact that I was unable to properly enjoy my stay and had to have...

「Drinks at the beach bar are not served with care. The ingredients are ok but the frozen drinks are never frozen and ingredients are just poured in together vs blended. Lobby bar is better. If they cared more about the prep it would nice. I'd rather have one good drink vs ingredients just poured into a cup. The prep matters a lot when it comes to that and it does not cost anything.」

「Amazing property, couldn t be cleaner. The staff are trained at a very highly level; all very courteous; we really enjoyed the various restaurants and considering it is an all inclusive the food was actually pretty good. I have been to DR 3 times and would for sure consider staying here again. It was my wedding anniversary and they even had a ribbon on your door celebrating us! Loved every moment thank you for making our time wonderful」
