"There is no front desk/reception. This wasn't a problem, but you'll need to call or WhatsApp in advance to get the key code for your room entry. No big deal. Good location, good sized room, strong air conditioning. Very little soundproofing between rooms, so you'll be reliant on the other guests being polite and respectful. Low water pressure. Overall not perfect but fine for the price!"

"The cleaning service was excellent, and maintenance was very good. However, the food quality could be better given the price, and they shouldn't charge extra for certain drinks. The entertainment team was excellent; were it not for them and the entire service staff, many people wouldn't return, because the beach is terrible—the way it's promoted is misleading. Speaking with other couples we met, we agreed that it would really help if they provided transportation for guests who wanted to go to Bayahibe Beach; that way, we would come back."
