"It's the worst experience in my life. The apartment is only one room and a small hall, but the reservation was for two rooms and a hall. The owner told me to stay only one night and he will change the apartment for me the next day. But he didn't respond to my phone or messages. The bathroom is dirty and the sink is broken. The fish tank in the hall is also broken. It's a bad experience and I left before I finished all the days of the reservation."

"The room was comfortable, clean and modern and perfect for an airport stay when you have a 4:30am flight. The check in time of 6:00pm was late, but given we were checking out by 2:00am they let us in at 4:00pm so we could get some sleep. Rooms are quite pricey - but there is t much else close by Istanbul airport"

"I booked a 4-night stay at this hotel primarily because it was close to my dental clinic following dental treatment. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to a recurring air conditioning issue that was never properly resolved. The A/C would randomly shut off during the day and throughout the night, causing the room temperature to rise significantly. Each time I reported the issue, a technician was sent, and the fix would only last a few hours before the problem returned. The situation reached its worst when my wife and I woke up in the middle of the night to a room temperature of 27°C. After repeatedly reporting the issue, I was offered a different room, only to be told that all rooms were affected by the same problem, although some were "slightly better" than others. This raised an obvious question: if management was aware of the issue, why was it not disclosed before check-in? The staff were polite, but the hotel's handling of a known and ongoing problem fell well below expectations. Guests should not have to spend their stay repeatedly troubleshooting basic room amenities, especially when staying for medical recovery and rest."

"🌟 Unforgettable Stay – We Felt Like Family! Review Score: 4/5 We just returned from our family trip to Istanbul, and the absolute best part of this hotel was the phenomenal staff. The entire reception team was amazing, but we want to give a special mention to Eyup. His service was absolutely phenomenal, and he went completely above and beyond for us. By the end of our stay, the whole team felt like family, and they made us feel like a part of theirs. We stayed in a top-floor air conditioned apartment with very good accommodation and incredibly comfortable beds. The rooms were reasonably clean for the local standard, though the hotel itself felt a little undermaintained in places. If you want a comfortable stay with world-class hospitality, this is the place. We would love to return in a heartbeat just to see our new family again!"
