Why did no one tell me that I couldn't bring food to the island and I had to pay extra for it after so many correspondences?
Because we booked 10 rooms. So I specifically notified the name of each room. Why was not ready when I arrived at the hotel?
Also front desk charged 2 times for our dinner buffet.please make sure refund.

Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island."
