"I was not happy about the smell of the lobby..it smelled like a sewage problem ..it was leaks by the elevator.But the room was clean and staff were very very nice and helpful ,,hotel needs renovated"

"The room was pretty bare and not all that attractive. There was no place for two people to sit (only one office chair), so my husband and I ended up eating dinner and playing our board games just on the bed. The bed creaked whenever we moved. The breakfast had no low-carb options and very minimal options for protein, and the coffee tasted bad. While someone was using the toaster on the one “good” side of the toaster -while 4 more people waited in line to use the toaster- it caught on fire, yes, fire. My husband ended up putting the fire out and it took 5 people looking for the one staff member trying to do everything (breakfast, check out, etc) 2 minutes before he finally came in and checked out the situation. Yes, our room seemed relatively clean, and the overworked staff were friendly enough, but overall the property was unattractive and the breakfast was awful. "

"The property is not well kept. The chairs in the lobby has various stains on them and need to be steam cleaned. My room was extremely muggy and the room had an overall weird smell to it. The wall paper in the room was peeling in various places throughout the room. I asked for towels at 12pm. I was told they would be delivered. I left out and returned at 4pm and the towels still hadn’t been delivered. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this facility. "

"We came from High Point NC for our daughter’s graduation from UNC Chapel Hill, the location was perfect for the weekend. Breakfast was great, Beds and pillows were amazing and Very Clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely will stay here again when in this area!!!! "

"The rooms appear outdated in person than in photos. Some of the outlets didn’t work. The bathroom was quite small. And worst part was the toilet did not properly flush. It ended up getting clogged and we couldn’t find anyone to help. One positive is that they offer free breakfast."

"I made reservations for a suite that was supposed to have a pullout sofa bed. The room was not a suite and it did not have a pullout sofa bed. That was the main reason I booked this hotel. The pictures aren’t accurate with what I got."

"Hotel seemed fine but cockroaches in the bathroom. Not expected for a 200/night hotel"
