When we went to the room we called the front desk immediately and were told because we booked on EXPEDIA, they couldn’t change it, who knew. Overall okay but...

「The worst hotel experience ever! Dead bugs in the drawers when I tried to put my clothes away. Brought to management's attention. They pointed to a sign on the desk that I had not seen at check-in. Management needed to be notified within 20 minutes of room issues. Fridge did not seal properly. Took management over 36 hrs to replace. 「We had a wonderful 3 night stay at River Hills Hotel. The Penthouse with 2 queen beds, a sectional couch, TV, kitchen and table with 4 chairs suited our needs very well.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
However, the Penthouse needs work:

- The dishwasher is in a very tight spot between cupboards so that the door will not actually close because it bumps into the wood on either side.
- The outlet between the beds was loose on the...
