「It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc). 「Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things we feel could be communicated more clearly in the listing. The space would be more accurately described as a studio rather than an apartment. Access is also important to understand, particularly if arriving by car. The map location directs you to the exterior of the building complex, but the actual studio is located within an interior pedestrian-only area that cannot be reached by car. 「The reception staff were great. We were able to leave our bags before the check in opened at 4pm with the neighbouring building reception. The room had everything you need to self cater. Although a little way from the centre it was a lovely walk along the river and public transport was excellent to the property.」

「Great room with all the amenities! We had a welcome pack with coffee, tea, washing up liquid, tablet for the dishwasher and washing machine. All the small details covered! Excellent experience!」
