「Staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were freshly cooked and there was plenty of choice. Parking was easy.」

They had gone to a lot of effort to supply breakfast items in the shared kitchen and it was obviously visited each day by a host as it was tidied and rubbish cleared but some cupboards had random packets and crumbs,the salt and pepper pots were dirty and sticky. 「We had really good stay. The property was fantastic with amazing views over the bay from the decking. Only downside was we had to provide our own towels & the tv constantly keep turning off. Other than that brilliant」

「Nobody at the property when we arrived, had to wait 10 minutes for the housekeeping lady to arrive. She was great and very apologetic. Room was freezing on arrival.」

「We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. 」
