Impossible to fault this hotel, on any level. The decor, fittings and facilities are all of the highest quality, and the artworks throughout the whole building that are a theme of the hotel are delightful. Our room had views over fields to the spectacular Pembrokeshire coast, the bed was huge and very comfortable, and the bathroom was superb. Despite the hotel restaurant being closed for a full refurbishment (re-opening in late March 2026) a cooked breakfast was still available, and very good, alongside all the usual fruits, fresh yogurts and cereals. All of the hotel staff we interacted with, including the chambermaid, were warm, welcoming, and astonishingly friendly - nothing too much trouble. Would love to come back.
Could have been excellent, but missing 2 things. Heated towel racks, and skylights in the dining area. It is an art and architecture hotel, and we enjoyed the paintings on the walls, but fell a little short where it comes to architecture. The skylights would allow natural light, and then they could have real trees instead of plastic ones.
We had an excellent stay here, perfect location to walk into Saint David’s and the rooms were spotless. Great service from the staff. We tried the veggie and the Vegan breakfast for a change and was not disappointed especially the vegetable sausages! Parking is easy too with no access issues.
Amazing stay with fantastic service from friendly professional staff at reception and Blas restaurant. Spacious luxurious room which catered well for our two dogs too and food in restaurant was exceptional. Fantastic stay
Fantastic Hotel with everything you could ask for. Lovely friendly staff that are always happy to help. The Breakfast is lovely and all you can ask for. We used the restaurant on the evening and although prices it’s worth every penny and nothing to fault.
Pleasant stay, spotlessly clean accommodation.
Great location, complimentary EV charging
Inflexible meal timings, limited choice of breakfast items.
Unfortunately we booked to stay at the same time as an outdoor cinema event in the car park which our room overlooked. We were disturbed until the early hours by this and the subsequent disassembly.
This is a first rate property. Everything about it speaks to the thought that went into its construction and design. It is everything one would expect from a top rated hotel.
This was our second stay at the Twr Y Felin, this time we took friends along with us and they enjoyed their stay as much as we did. My only tiny criticism is that there is no socket close to a mirror, so drying your hair is tricky!

An excellent modern hotel with unbelievably helpful and friendly staff. Our room was well equipped with a comfortable bed. There was a very good breakfast. We also had a couple of dinners at the hotel restaurant. The food was expensive but very good. Portions were however a little on the small size.
The hotel had plenty of parking and was an easy walk into the centre of St Daivid’s. A much longer walk would lead you down to a little sandy bay.
.
Really enjoyed our stay here in this hotel. Rooms were very well maintained and spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive whenever we needed anything from them. It's ideally located, just a few minutes walk into the town centre. Breakfast was freshly cooked every morning and the booking system means that it's not overly busy at any one time. Nothing for me to fault.
Really friendly staff, a beautiful room and a great breakfast. It would have been even better to have had one or two bilingual staff as we’re in Pembrokeshire. However, we really enjoyed our stay.
