「Fácil apartamento 」

「Very nice hotel! It looks modern, sleek, clean. Staff was always helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is in the middle of a business/Industrial site, still nice and no noisy. Alicante and Elche are about 20-25 minutes away. They provided boxed water in the room which was nice. Breakfast was consistent and good quality. The only thing is that they closed their pool area at 8pm, and it is spring/ summer time! Sun is still out and hot ;) We were a group of 9, I would stay again!」

「Booked as a last minute stop before early flight next morning but would definitely book again if ever returning to Alicante. Check in was done via WhatsApp as we arrived after 4pm but once contacted they replied promptly and sorted everything within minutes. Room was clean and presentable. Bed was super comfy. Shower was great. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Reception clean and tidy. Couldn’t complain about a thing. We had just come from a ‘4 star Hotel’ elsewhere and this spot put it to shame....

「This is a very nice, clean suite in an idyllic location, friendly staff when you see them and that’s all the positive I can say. For a “Curio Hilton”, the standards were certainly not up to par. The only other high amenity brand hotel was part of a huge resort and as I was solo traveling, I thought at the least this hotel would be the cozy setting I needed and even opted for the largest suite. I got more cozy than anticipated: the lobby is absolutely TINY, the front desk staff member was not...

Nous avons fait appel à la réception, pour un souci technique, le problème a été réglé en 2 minutes , l agent d entretien est intervenu 30 secondes après notre appel. Chambre très propre et piscine très agréable. Pas loin du centre-ville , notre séjour à été très agréable. Nous recommandons l établissement Smart Hôtel Alicante. Nous y retournerons sans problème.」

「The hotel is standard but rooms are quite small with a lot of damp smells. The bathrooms fan was soo noisy and the bathroom door would constantly get stuck when trying to open both ways. The jacuzzi was dirty and cold so could not use it unfortunately and only 2 sun loungers. Location is ok if you’re happy to walk around abit. Staff were good. I think the hotel needs abit more a tlc and air freshener and also we had placed a busy tag on the door as we did not want anyone to enter or clean and...
