Relaxing break in a beautiful spot!

Very clean corner room with double aspect and balconies overlooking beach and sea, beautiful views. Most staff very friendly but a shame the bar too expensive and an unfriendly barman with no people skills.

This hotel has the best location in Santa Polo, right on the beach, metres from marina, restaurants, castle and town centre. Absolutely loved it, sure to be back.

It's a very nice hotel. All rooms have a balcony and air conditioning. Minor issues in my room were dealt with quickly. There is a beach bar and a terrace bar on the top floor where the sunsets are glorious. Just bear in mind that because of the hotel location, on the beach and in the middle of Santa Pola, it can get a little noisy at times.

Beautiful location. Lovely staff. Breakfast adequate. Beautiful bars. Bar beer expensive €6. You expect extra, paying for the view, but not so much. Waiter said all Spain, but we live up the coast!!!

Reasonable hotel more on position than standards

Well positioned right on the beach and within an easy walk of numerous food and drink options. Comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Reasonable breakfast. Only negative, every surface was hard so noise transfer was awful, every chair dragged or sliding door opened or closed passed through the whole hotel. Walls are paper thin too, so every noise from adjoining rooms is heard. I wouldn't stay here again for that reason alone.

Location first class !

This was our return from travelling inland . Having stayed earlier this month. The aircon works in room307, I did hear other guests complaining theirs didn’t . Very clean , shower pressure is immense ! They don’t allow any food or drink bought elsewhere upstairs , understandable , however , when you book and they fail to tell you the restaurant is closed except for breakfast , you are Celiac and they are aware but still make no effort to provide or explain what is and isn’t gluten free at breakfast , it’s a bit much when they won’t allow the gf bread you’ve bought into the hotel ! Miscommunication? Maybe. Generally the staff , (especially Jessica who worked on the roof bar on the festival of San Juan ) were delightful and helpful . And the location, on the beach is fabulous .
