"This was a great overnight stay in Poza Rica. It had excellent off street parking, the rooms were clean, it was pet friendly, and they had a restaurant attached to the hotel which had excellent food and an amazing breakfast. "

"The front desk staff were super nice and friendly. The property is in a nicer area away from the noise. The pool was a perfect temperature. The rooms were decent with A/C. The service in the pool was below average. There were about 3 other small parties (2-3 people) and drinks took long. Other than that, recommended. "

"La habitación estaba super sucia, el baño lleno de sarro y manchas de orina, en el cancel de la regadera todavía estaba el jabon y el sobre de shampoo del anterior huesped. Nunca nos llevaron una toalla, ojo, cuando solo pedimos una toalla a pesar de que eramos dos adultos. Terrible experiencia nunca regresaremos"

"Cleanliness! Pretty affordable , very kind staff. Convenient ubication , close to downtown by walking but not to close to keep it quiet. I gladly would be back again."
