It was so convenient, great parking. However, the pool is repaired and you feel uncomfortable walking inside with a lot of bumps all around, it must be repaired immediately. The fridge was not cooling properly. The phone was not working to call receptionist.

La habitación bien, llevaba un Roku lo pude conectar a la TV y usarlo, el Bufette bien, la cafetera nunca funcionó y el GYM también tenía la única caminadora que hay descompuesta, el personal amable solucionaron lo que tenían al alcance de sus manos

El desayuno la verdad poco que desear. Había fila para todo, se acababa rápido las comida y tardaban mucho en restablecer. Las habitaciones huelen mal me ofrecieron otra q olía igual.. Su respuesta : una disculpa. Rn dos ocasiones pedimos cobijas y su respuesta es que no hay personal para que nos las lleven. No tuvimos otra opción en Tuxpan por temporada alta. No regresaríamos nunca. Más experiencia. Se les comento cada detalle a los de recepción a nuestra salida.

El buffet desayuno fue perfecto, pero el personal del fin de semana no eran accesibles, tendrían a demorar su servicio. La habitación no fue la mejor, la vista era la parte trasera del hotel y había humedad. El servicio de la camarista era ineficiente, hacia la limpieza bien, pero no volvía a colocar las toallas para manos. La alberca súper higiénica y el lobby era espectacular.

Hubo fallas en el aire acondicionado, en la televisión, en la llave electrónica, nos cambiaron tres veces de habitación, nunca hubo toallas suficientes, el desayuno fue igual en toda la estancia, en general fue una mala experiencia.
