Hotel viejo, las paredes descaradas,llenas de humedad, nos dieron una habitación q daba a la avenida, no pudimos pegar el ojo en toda la noche, al tomar baño el agua corrió y llegó cerca d la cama , me caí de espaldas aún con sandalia por el agua que se extendió La gente de recepción nefasta, grosera, no encontraban mi reserva, el gerente es un adorno que está sentado viendo como sus empleados sin conocimiento del sistema, jamas me dijeron "disculpe la tardanza,estamos buscando" Ahorrense una mala experiencia. Me fui a otro hotel, preferí que se perdiera el dinero. Nefasto

El baño con fuga y la regadera tapada, se despegó la chichina y me golpeó la cabeza, las cortinas muy cortas entraba mucha luz lo cual no permite descansar bien

Cuando llegué las camas tenían manchas de fluidos, el baño estaba mojado, las toallas tenian olor a humedad, la cortina tenia una mancha marrón parecida a heces

Una desorganizacion terrible, nos dieron habitación que no correspondieron a la reserva, el hotel es viejo, descuidado. No hay agua caliente, la red de wifi súper lenta y en días sin señal. La alberca descuidada sucia. Nada que ver con lo que ofrecen. Mal muy mal. Cero recomendable.

La habitación estaba sucia. La cortina de baño con hongos, el lavamanos con moho, las almohadas con mugre. Horrible la experiencia. Entendíamos que iba a hacer algo de perfil económico pero no así de sucio, cuando expresamos nuestra inconformidad dijeron que lo reservado por Expedia no tenía prioridad y te daban la única habitación disponible pero no es justo que sea una habitación así de sucia.
