「Pietro was extremely accommodating and helpful, providing a lot of information on local sites, restaurants, bars and cafes. The property is also in a really convenient location. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing and the bedspread was dirty.」

「Apparently the check in times in Tuscany are very rigid. You must check in within the stated hours or else be subject to room cancellation. That being said, we made it in at the alotted hour. There is no staff on site until the stated check in hours, so checking in early is impossible. There appeared to only be one staff person who did not speak much English. He was nice and helpful enough. The complimentary breakfast was suprisingly good! Fresh coffee and cappuccino, warm fresh...

「Amazing property and room, only issue is it’s very understaffed so it’s hard to get anything without chasing down workers. They also don’t stay on the property so after like 11pm you’re on your own. Besides that it was a wonderful location and very peaceful.」

「Everything was very clean and modern, working perfect. We didn’t meet anyone from the staff. And it would be nice if they leave some bottle of water for each room. We like the place a lot. People have to consider that it is outside Siena walls and it’s a pretty steep and long distance walk」

「Me and my girlfriend really did enjoy this property. Both host were very friendly and welcoming to us. We both did enjoy the feel at Home environment. We would definitely come back here on a future trip. Big shout out to the host for the wonderful cook meals. Great to know a bit about them as well.」

「Fantastic all around experience. The rooms were beautiful and clean and this unique mix of rustic modern Italian styling. Located right in the heart of the old city made it very easy to walk everywhere. The service was fantastic, I was able to message the team and within a minute I got the help and had my questions answered. I’d definitely stay there again.」
