「IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. 」

「I love the historical and classy style of the hotel, very elegant. every corner maintain spot clean. Staffs are very helpful and always shows warm welcoming. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is served in the garden, you can also enjoy your afternoon cocktail here. It is a very charming hotel. I love this hotel, this become my first choice if I come back to Rome. 」

「Chapter Roma is situated in a perfect neighborhood that is close to everything, yet the beautiful little side street it’s on is quiet and safe. The room was elegantly decorated with a huge window that opens into the quiet street. The rooftop bar has incredible views, but perhaps the best thing about this hotel is its employees. They were all so welcoming and kind. We will most certainly be back and we will recommend Chapter Roma to all of our friends. 」

「Fantastic home base for exploring the center of Rome. The staff was amazing, super helpful, and accommodating, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. I have lived in and been to Rome many times, and this was the perfect mix of location, size, safety, and amenities. The front desk staff (esp Massimo) was beyond friendly and helpful! Wish I was still there.」

「The hotel is at a walkable distance from Roma Termini. Modern and clean room. Staff was friendly. We were told that heating was available but no ac at cold season. Luckily we can open the windows with a nice view. 」

「員工非常負責任及熱情。離開酒店後我忘記了護照在酒店，酒店員工第一時間聯絡我，得之我無法返回羅馬後，還幫忙把護照寄到我在米蘭的酒店，非常負責任及有效率，值得推薦！」

「Although we only stayed one night we found the staff both friendly and attentive and the breakfast options were excellent. The hotel is relatively close to Termini station and has great shopping nearby. The location is also good for visiting the Colosseum and other attractions. A great choice of hotel」
