We absolutely loved the hotel and staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect to walk to the Colosseum however a little further from shops and restaurants, though we didn’t mind walking. It felt very safe.

The staff was super helpful and friendly offering many suggestions and helping us get around. The AC is not great but that is the norm for Europe and not what Americans are used to, but we managed. Very nice place and great location.

Room was good size, AC worked good. Bathroom tiny(shower). Toiletries limited. Towels small. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was very good. Roof top bar wry nice in the evening. Nice area to stay in but would not return for the stairs you need to climb to. Also didn’t think amount it cost was equal to the value. But, I’m American.
