"This property is horrible. We booked for 3 nights only stood one night and left. I tried to ask for a refund and was told I couldn’t because it was booked thru a 3rd party. This place is unbelievable the smell, foul! Like unbearable. everything is rusted from the entrance door handle to the bathtub handle. wires just everywhere, windows covered in a foggy film. place looks deserted as it really should be. They need to shut down. I have so much to say about this place. Nothing good unfortunately "
"The room itself was a bit underwhelming but comfortable nonetheless. I waited hours to get clean towels to my room when I arrived but I did not let that get to me as the staff tried their best to be helpful. The food was decent, needed a bit more variety in choices. The overall space was clean and inviting with lots of areas to relax. The staff were all so very nice, kudos for customer service. "
"Room was clean, view was amazing, staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very yummy as well. Being basically right in Buccoo Beach was an added plus. Be sure to check out the little “private cove” to the far left of the property at the end of the boardwalk.
Will definitely be back!"
"It is sad to see where Mt Irvine is at. A once vibrant hotel it’s now like a ghost town. No one there. No vibrancy. Water available for a few hours per day, no appealing meals. The entire hotel needs a lift in appearance but it is clear that its potential is still there. Hard to recommend the hotel in its current form. I was disappointed. "
"Our stay at Restorations was wonderful. Resha and the team was very accommodating with our birthday request.
It turned out great! Entire apartment was clean, well equipped and functional. Location is also quite convenient.
Thank you for everything 😊"
