「Absolutely loved our stay. Staff was amazing and attentive. The grounds are open to people staying after the park closes so it was nice to explore. They offer animal interaction feeding for a reasonable price per the room regardless of number of people, which was great! Had free fishing on grounds which kids loved. Dinning was great. 「The hosts were great. Our flight was delayed and it was no issue in changing our pick up time. Breakfast was a decent start to the day. They also helped get us a taxi to our car rental, which was very speedy. The beds were comfortable with plenty of space in the room. Everything was very clean. My only complaint, was that within minutes after arriving we received a messege to talk quieter. I did not see it until days later, as it was on whatsapp. However it was 945pm. 「We stayed coming into San Jose Airport 1 day and 1 day going out ..It is a nice property for a day or 2 ,not alot to see except for park and catherdral nearby..Our shuttle picked us up early in La Fortuna,so we arrived there early...We contacted by WhatsApps and he let us in to store luggage..We needed to use the bathroom bad and he told we had to find someplace else to use ..Rooms were not available ..We were are older and cant hold it like we use too lol..If it had been me i would have offered...
