「The Chateau is such an exceptional resort with European style. Most importantly, if you'd like to escape from the noise and pollution, the Chateau is obviously your choice! I love the location of the Hotel which's at the top of Berjaya Hill - a place with trees and birds. You won't find any industrial or commercial amenities - and you'll relax as much as you can! 「位置雲頂山腳但還是一樣冷登記處有點難找停車場上房搭電梯需要單獨刷房卡因不夠靈活房間不錯乾淨有碗筷可以簡單煮食但不提供桌布擦桌子有點費解難道吃完不用搞乾淨？窗口沒風景只有大廈」

「Good and clean room for stay for one night, shutter provide from hotel to cable car terminal and outlet mall is good and efficient, but if can increase frequency of shuttle and required to ensure for hotel customer take a ride is better. 」

「The shower was great the room nice and clean. The front desk was very nice checking in and out. They were nice and gave us a late check out. Only improvement i would suggest is that the bed is a little to firm (not uncomfortable, but not comfortable either)」
