「We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. The location is excellent and our room had a beautiful view of the Portofino piazza but the windows all had signs saying “please keep windows closed”. Our room furnishings were standard. 「Excellent gem tucked away up in the mountains. Be cautioned, it’s a bit of a narrow road that leads to the property. Amazing front desk staff, as well as a gentleman named Pana who helped us with our luggage. Beautiful views everywhere, room was spacious, modern and well appointed. Did not try the restaurant for dinner, breakfast was good. Pool staff was not super friendly and the menu options could be expanded a bit. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back!」
