"Shops were not that far. But there’s a construction going on in front of the hotel and they starts early and it’s very noisy. "

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The couple at the front desk were wonderful and extremely helpful, and we were very impressed by them. The room was a good size, and the property itself was generally very good. The bed, however, was quite firm. On the downside, we had no reliable internet for the entire week. The signal was too weak, working for only a minute at a time before cutting out again, and this continued throughout our stay. To their credit, staff did try to fix the problem, but unfortunately without success. The other main issue was the lift. It costs €0.50 every time you use it, which became quite frustrating, especially first thing in the morning or when returning and realising you had no coins with you. On one occasion, even after inserting the coin, the lift still did not work. Apart from these two issues, the property is well situated. However, the internet problems and the lift charge would be enough to stop us from staying here again."

"The first room we were assigned was located directly in the lobby area with the door facing the front desk, which is very noisy. We paid extra to upgrade to a room on the second floor. In the next morning We found ants on the bathroom floor, and many ants on a white pillow in the upgraded room. When I brought the pillow case which was inside out with ants sealed inside to the front desk. The 1st staff said you should bring it back to your room... later on a 2nd staff came to our room and told us they had only found ants in rooms on the first floor and had never seen ants on the second floor. He asked whether we had brought food into the room, which we absolutely had not. He even suggested—while pointing two fingers at us—that the ants might have been brought in by us from a train or airplane, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. In addition, the safe boxes in both rooms did not work. Overall, the hotel felt more like a 2–3 star property and did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel."

"Room was clean but shower leaked. Informed staff, maintenence fellow came by right away and after looking at it said he jad to order a part. We went a week with the shower flooding the floor. It wasn't fixed while we were there.Otherwise everything was fine. Location isn't by a lot of shops but within a good walking distance. "

"This hotel location was perfect! Laredo st just around the corner and Galaria Umberto across the street. Josh was on duty when we arrived, he was very friendly and helpful. Please note when checking in (specially after hours) the entrance maybe confusing. Look for the intercom on the left for entry..reception is on the 3rd floor. "
