The room was large, clean, and reasonably quiet (before 7 a.m.). Toiletries had to be placed on the floor; there was no luggage rack. The bathroom was large, but only had one hook to hang something. If you need a shuttle, I think it's best to call a taxi. We booked a shuttle from the train station to the hotel, and when we arrived, four or five people contacted us about the pick-up. However, it was very chaotic, and they didn't speak English, making communication difficult. Otherwise, I have no complaints. The subway and bus are very convenient, and there are shops and restaurants everywhere.

Great place to see it all!

Pros: 1. Good location, away from some of the more touristy areas. 2. Fantastic food close by (don't miss Osteria da Carmela). 3. AC!!!!! 4. Very updated decor with lovely touches of beautiful original ceilings 5. Shower was good enough for the four of us to use one after another 6. With windows closed very little street noise makes it through 7. Mini fridge (although it didn't keep things very cold) 8. Kettle Cons 1. No parking DO NOT BRING A CAR TO NAPLES 2. Communication with property manager was tricky but not impossible. Ended up using a combo of WhatsApp and the Hotels.com app 3. Pillows were not great The front isn't immediately obvious. I've included a couple pictures which may help others. Also this is a shared building with businesses such as an orthodontist etc. LudBen Dante has it's own separate entrance and then each apartment has it's own keyed door.
