That was such a warm welcome back, especially as a solo traveler. The hotel upgraded my room at no extra charge, and I could see Cartagena right from the rain shower! 「It was the perfect location. It is in the middle of everything and at the same time away from it all. The area was extremely quiet even with a city view room. The place is really beautiful. 「This might be my favorite hotel, I have platinum status on Expedia, so that tells you how much I travel. the people were amazing. The culture of the staff was great. I was impressed from the moment I saw my room until checkout. I always get hotels that are super highly rated, but this may have beaten all the rest. BTW, fourth hotel I’ve stayed at in Cartagena this year.」
