「As good as usual 」

「Good location」

「Staffs are very nice & helpful. 」

「Very clean, modern and friendly hotel. My only complaint was the bar was very limited and closed at 21:30. This was quite frustrating as there was nowhere very close by so you are a bit isolated. Also the vending machine didn't work properly. I arrived late at night and wanted to get a sandwich.」

「good 」

「The cleaning ladies are very diligent and caring to visitors. The only thing I really don’t like is that when I arrive in the morning after long flight and will stay for 4 days they say the early check in will charge euro 49. I thought it’s fair and then I decline it. However when I checked out I saw a same situation and the desk voluntarily ask the customers to come back in an hour and the room will be ready in the morning. It’s differing treatment which makes me feel unfairly treated 」

「The shower room has some smell probably due to poor drainage. The bedsheet was not clean so we have to sleep on a one off bedsheet we brought over from home. Overall the quality of the room doesn’t meet with the price」

「Will choose this hotel again when return to Madrid 」

「Excellent location. Beds comfortable. Room well maintained with nice balcony overloooking pedestrian street. Now room is bright (not as dark per previous reviews) which I am especially happy about. 」
