「The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.」

「Our room’s at third floor. But no elevator, we have 4 luggages, 20 kg/per.terrible experience. … The breakfast is not good quality just look like lot. Check in desk lady is not kindly, I don’t know why? It’s not worth for the all price I paid.」
