「The parking garage was convenient and safe. The unit was fairly clean. Could have been better. Would be good if they could provide a king size bed. Overall ok accomadation. Could also provide a bigger desk for working 」

「It was a pleasure staying here. It was a two-week stay, and I felt right at home. The neighbors were very friendly—the only exception was one day that got a bit out of hand; I apologize for that. 100% recommended; I would definitely book it again.」

「The booking process was a bit complicated. Sending a pic of my drivers license and a selfie! Really? The process was too much!! Room was just what I expected. It was comfortable. Dealing with Cozy Suites was horrible. I received emails with different addresses for the property, ambiguous instructions for access to the building. When I finally got into the building I received a key that didn’t work. After several phone calls I got a key that worked. I will never deal with Cozy Suites again!!EVER」

「I liked the room and was happy to spend time there; however, on the third night a stranger (man) used his fob to open my door waking me up in the middle of the night. He seemed confused and I told him to leave. He thought it was his room. It was scary and I didn’t feel like the room had secure locks and for that reason I won’t book again. 」
