Family travel

We stayed in a 2BR 2 Bath apartment, and it was perfect for our family. The full kitchen and washer/ dryer made travel much less stressful. We needed a later check out at the last minute and the management company was easy to work with a very responsive. I have no complaints. We’d definitely stay here again!

Good location by Gainbridge and Lucas Oil, easy walking distance around downtown Indy, many restaurants. Clean & tidy for the most part. Couple minor items, drippy sink in one of the two bathrooms, bathroom sink & tub drains could be cleaned as they drain slow (standing in water after shower), carpet cleaning in heavy traffic areas to bathrooms could be done. Very good communication from host.

Great location. Felt very safe and secure. Coffee maker was broke and there were a strangely large number of flies when we came in. But outside of those two small things it was excellent.

Decent stay

Its very confusing to get in at first. Once you get that figured out there are no problems. Walls do seem thin and someone spent part of the night walking with heavy footsteps above the apartment, but it is what it is. Apartment was clean, had good amenities and served the ourpose i needed. I chose it fornthe price, not realizing there was an add on cleaning fee. I could have spent the same amount for a hotel closer to my venue.
