"The registration person was bothered by our very existence. Sent us to a smoking (pot) room. We came down to switch rooms and he ran to the office as we got off the elevator. They then said they were going to comp the parking for the smelly room. The parking was a hidden charge. Two days after we checked out we received an additional $50 charge for hod knows what. No email or text. This hotel is unkempt and run by scammers. Worst hotel experience I have had ever. Sad for the brand and an insult to Indianapolis. They did not comp the parking "

"Rize is a great restaurant! The only additional requests I would ask is that a small personal fridge be an option, or an option to clean the mini bar since it’s not weighted. As well as an option to include a microwave in the room. Though not all stays are extended beyond a day or two, families still love to stay here and may be staying for a few days. This would support those extended stays, just as options to be added into the room, or in the mini bars case, the fridge to be cleared. "
