Bring a towel or chair and an umbrella. It's easy to lose track of time here.

Tip: wait times at the main gate to check in can be up to 20 minutes or more. Not the most efficient system for admission even when spaces have already been reserved in advance.

There a ice cream place near the 7/11 that’s soooo good. Called sub Zero I believe. Try it if you’re out there.

Definitely read the signs for a safe time in the water. Take a jacket, or something warm, if you stay until the sunsets as it gets cool once the sun goes down. Most importantly, enjoy!
