"This place it´s perfect for someone who travels alone and needs a place to sleep without entering in to Madrid. The most inconvenient part was not having an elevator and carrying the luggage to a second floor. Since it´s located next to a truck facility, the trucks wake you up in the early morning. "

"We had a great time at your hotel. We found the facility modern, clean, and well maintained. The staff was professional, friendly and attended to all our needs. The breakfast facility was well stocked with a wide variety of breakfast food offerings, where everything was hot, and flavorful. "

"The room was clean and as showed in the pictures. The breakfast was very nice. Cereal, scrambled eggs, pastries, ham, cheese, etc. the hotel is very close to the train station and only 20 minutes to Madrid city centre (Sol station). Please bear in mind that to take the “Cercanías” train is a different system than metro so you will need to have 2 different cards."
"The room was spotless, and the check-in process was effortless. This was the fifth hotel that I stayed at during my European vacation, and it was by far the best experience out of them all. It was a great way to end my trip. "
"This hotel was lovely and puts American ones to shame .
We were however very upset about the choice of this location for our travel needs.
The Expedia agent I worked with when our plans changed about staying in downtown Madrid to staying one night near the airport before our flight to Amsterdam. Not knowing the city, I relied on the agent's skill to make an appropriate choice. This hotel was in the exact opposite of the area we needed and consequently it cost us an extra 50 Euros to get to the airport and through horrendous traffic early in the morning!. I am sure I will be a long time before trusting an agent with Expedia."
"Room was great,
Nice breakfast, very clean and new.
Great coffee and nice shopping nearby
Metro not far away
Well worth the money, I’m coming back here! "
"Staff were lovely, professional & very helpful. Room was a good size and well maintained. Good food in the adjoining restaurant despite it being noisy and smoky. Overall a great value for a one-night stay so close to Madrid on a big holiday weekend."
