"Love ❤️ this hotel! "

"The staff is very professional and courteous. The laundry area needs mor cleaning. I have clots in my lungs that interfere with my breathing. The A/C/fan filters were layered with lent and area was not dusted leading to poor ventilation. There is not a door that separates the workout area from the laundry room, so the ventilation is poor in that area as well. Dust is a biological hazard and I did become ill from it."

"No hot water to take a shower. They changed our room at 10pm but the other room had the same issue of no hot water, so it was a cold shower. The rooms are gross with cracks everywhere. The breakfast was horrible and I wasn't expecting much. Not the hotel I expected for a Hampton. "

" We originally booked two nights and we loved it and then we proceeded to book one more night We asked for clean sheets on the last night and never got them, shower gel and never got them and also towels and never got them. This happened on the last night we stayed there and we had no towels or clean sheets."
