"Me and my husband went to Puerto Rico for the first to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and our stay at the La Concha did not disappoint! Everything about the facility was great, from check in to check out. They were doing some renovations to some of the common areas, like the adult only pool overlooking the ocean. That would've been great, but that didn't take a way from anything. The room was clean, grounds were clean, beach is absolutely beautiful, staff on the beach A+, food was good, location was prime."

"You can't find friendlier, more helpful people than staff at the Comfort Inn. Charmaine helped us order pizza. We needed maintenance in our room, the engineer was in our room fixing the problem within minutes. The location is perfect. Having access to Atlantis was the best part, it also i less than 5 minutes to the marina village. We also ate on the on-site restaurant called Cruso's. Eat there and have the salmon, it was delicious. The breakfast is included. It was a filling breakfast that included eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, grits, oatmeal fresh fruit, pastries, yogurts, cereals. Check in is smooth and efficient. Lindly was a smiling face at the desk always ready to help. They have a few snacks you can purchase at the front desk including Diet Coke. Vending machines don't have diet coke but only cost $2. They leave complimentary bottles of water in your room daily which was very nice. Our rooms had a mini fridge. Our rooms also had ceiling fans which was wonderful. Rooms were cleaned very nicely every day and they provided everything we asked for from extra towels to trash bags. We did partake of some adult beverages, Mudslides and Pina Coladas which were fabulous as well. They do not skimp on the alcohol included in the drink. The pool and the pool deck were clean, the chaises and umbrellas were very nice also. There was ample seating around the pool. If you need a place to stay in Paradise, this definitely is the place to stay!!! I can't wait to go back.."

"Rented a 2 bedroom suite for our family of 4. It was better than we thought. Both rooms had kitchens, living space, tables, etc. perfect place for families. Down side, no restaurants in the hotel or spots to enjoy a cocktail. You have to go to other hotels for dining. Hotel is great if you prefer beach, but if you want to spend more time near the waterpark or activities, this hotel is not the best for that."

"The staff was always cleaning and very nice however our room was upgraded and it didn't have working outlets, our wifi kept going out and our TV didn't get but 3 or 4 channels! They came to fix it at least 4 times and it didn't fix it. The pools are very small for the amount of people who were there and the food hours were very confusing and difficult to navigate, especially since reservations were made 2 days out and you couldn't make them till you arrived. I love the Bahamas but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This was a trip for our 25th anniversary and it cost 4000.00 for 4 nights and we could have gone on 2 trips for that price! Not worth it!!"

"Excellent location, walkable to all the things in old San Juan that you would want to see! Staff was helpful and kind. They had cold bottled water available at all times. Nice wine and cheese reception in the evening. Cool building with a lot of history."

"Everyone except Danaja at the front desk, along with the valet, pool attendants, and outside bar staff, came across as dismissive and unhelpful. Danaja was the only person who showed genuine professionalism and hospitality. Check-in was supposed to be at 4 PM. I arrived a few minutes early after traveling since 3 AM and was told my room wasn’t ready and that no other rooms were available either. We ended up changing into pool attire in the lobby restroom while waiting. I didn’t receive the email saying the room was ready until 5:03 PM, and the wristbands didn’t even work to access the room until after that. The frustrating part was checkout. I requested a late checkout and was immediately denied because “other guests were checking in.” When I pointed out that I was also delayed checking in because my room wasn’t ready, staff argued with me as if it never happened. Based on the condition of the room when we entered, it definitely didn’t seem like rooms required the full 11 AM–4 PM turnaround time. I was also charged for valet even though I never used valet service, never handed over my keys, and moved my own rental car every time. The issue wasn’t the charge itself — it was the poor communication and lack of transparency. The location is great, but honestly that’s the only reason I’d consider staying here again."
