"During my recent stay at the hotel, I found the rooms clean and well-maintained. However, I encountered some issues:
- Pillows: Extremely flat and lacking support, making for an uncomfortable sleep.
- Breakfast: Although I paid extra, the pancakes were hard and cold, and the oatmeal was watery. The restaurant staff, however, was efficient and pleasant.
- Forgotten Items: I left my black hoody with white "Calvin Klein" lettering on the left-side arm in the closet but did not receive a call from the hotel. I believe hotels should make an effort to contact guests about forgotten valuables, especially if they make an effort to reach out for payments or promotions. How wonderful if someone would’ve reached out to me. This review would’ve been more favorable.
Overall, I wouldn't mind returning due to cleanliness and staff. I hope they improve their breakfast and pillow quality and enhance communication regarding forgotten items. Thank you."
