「Clean rooms and nice pool but NO HOT WATER and no coffee/ kettle in the rooms. Which makes it extremely overpriced room and you don’t get the basics.」

「Staff was great. Breakfast ok but very busy when we were there and food was only warm. Great coffee machine. This is definitely more of a hostel environment than a hotel and taxis from the airport are ridiculously expensive and difficult to hire. Taxi to cruise port was a tad more reasonable. I can’t honestly recommend this hotel despite lovely staff. 」
