「The room is basic but clean. The bathroom is small. There is no mirror in the room other than the one above the bathroom vanity. The pool is nice but the water was quite cloudy so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. The breakfast area was too small for the number of people using it. Staff were very friendly and helpful.」

「Found the property very nice and convenient for our trip to Silverwood theme park. Its proximity to food stores and local restaurants were nice. My only dislikes was that the air conditioner was noisy and the walls were very thing between rooms. Overall, it was a very delightful stay.」

「My son and I had a fantastic visit to Genesis Spring Farms. The property is absolutely beautiful, the tents and beds were comfortable and Erik and Nicole were wonderful hosts. Our visit exceeded our expectations and was a perfect end to our trip to Montana and Northern Idaho. I highly recommend the farm tour and having at least one meal on site - the breakfast was phenomenal - and everything comes from their farm. We are planning to visit again with our whole family.」

「Great , clean unit. Host was personable Restful sleep in a sleepy little town. Great location to access outdoor activities or a stop over heading east or west.」

「Rundown, musty smelling property. Limited outlets in rooms with awkward placement. Breakfast is k-cups and small packaged ‘snacks’. Housekeeping not available during your stay. Had horribly rude guests next to us that talked loudly, banged into walls and played music from 1 am until 5 am both nights we stayed there. Tried to call the front desk for assistance in quieting them and had to leave a message. Sadly disappointed, especially for almost $200 a night.」

「This property was nothing like the pictures. I immediately regretted it when we pulled in. It’s creepy and desolate. I felt like I was invading someone else’s home. It was not welcoming at all. We ended up leaving and staying in town.」
