"The hotel is stunning perched in the ridge with amazing views. It’s a little out of town but accessible by uber and a regular bus service. Staff were amazing, food (especially breakfast was great) and quality of hotel amenities first class"

"A beautiful hotel on the lakes edge. Rooms were spacious, the view was incredible, they had a great breakfast selection, carpark was just across the road. Only thing was, it’s a slight drive out of Queenstown, but very close to airport. There is the option of the water taxi which runs every hour and picks up straight out the front of the hotel. $10-$14 one way "

"The property itself was wonderful. Beautiful location, clean, comfortable and convenient. We stayed here twice and loved it both times. Only downside was the check-in on our 2nd visit when our room wasnt ready until 5.30pm (3.5 hours after check-in started) which left us hanging around the lobby with 2 tired toddlers which was one of the worst check-in experiences I've encountered. Although the receptionist was doing everything she could to get the room cleaned and ready ASAP, it was still completely unacceptable. We were allowed a late-check out at the very least. "
