「被編配的女人4人房間內的浴室抽氣扇壞的 而且是沒有窗的洗手間 多人用的話根本不衞生 因為要住3晚所以即時要求換房但被拒絕 隔了數小時幸好遇上朋友要回房間取回忘記帶的物品時服務員通知可換房。升級至五人房間但房間有抽煙的氣味，每晚睡覺時都被暖爐的雜音及怪聲(可能是隔離嘅房間隔音效果不足) 嘈醒，房間沒有人前來打掃及清潔，浴巾淋浴清潔設備需要沒有主動提供 傍晚六點半後前台沒有服務提供，泊車位很狹窄，絕對是一個很差的選擇，一定不推薦朋友光顧」

"酒店离镇中心步行约十五分钟，湖景房正对着瓦卡蒂普湖，成天看着蒸汽船来往。下面通往格林诺奇的公路全部被山坡上的树木遮挡，完全不受交通的打扰。只是阳台上的灯光到很晚才关闭，对在阳台上看星空造成困扰。"
