「We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. 」

「The room is clean. A terrace bar right outside my room. Quite convenient if you are lazy to walk out for drinks; you can just grab one at the bar. The noise doesn’t bother much coz the bar closes at 11pm. Good location, easy walks to the marina, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The air-conditioner is noisy and filter needs to be cleaned though. Considering a hotel room on a budget, this is a very good choice.」

「Staff were great, location and restaurants were good. It is a smaller Resort, 2 restaurants, one pool,3 bars (close at 10pm). But there are many good Restaurants and bars outside of the Restaurants. Even though we tip all staff, we had one server at the bar and one at the restaurant, that always said "just leave your tip under the receipt", one even always wrote the word "tip" with a smiley face. 「Great property, great location right on the beach! The food was great at Cilantro, but the buffet was better at Rose which was a short walk around the corner. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The blanco has a small, antiquated gym, but you also have access to the very robust gym and spa at the Rose. The rooms were nice, but a little outdated. The room AC blew strong, cold air but was very loud. Overall great stay, I would come back.」
