「Asked for early check-in...Room wasn't cleaned...We are senior citizens and had a ground floor room with walkout...we were given a 4th floor room overlooking the parkinglot...It was very stuffy and we both had headaches the next day...asked for different room but they said they could not help us because we went thru Expedia...only stayed one night instead of 2...and it took Expedia to get a refund for second night. Ps...Breakfast was COLD!!! We won't stay there again! ClubHouse in Sioux Falls...

「There was hair in bed when comforter pulled down. The bathroom amenities were empty - no shampoo, conditioner or body soap. I spoke to staff and they said they weren’t able to “compensate” me or give a discount because room was booked on Expedia.」

「Being a Hampton Inn I expected more, overall it was good, the breakfast was standard fare and did the job. Parking was good. The worst thing was we were there for 8 days and had to beg for towels, empty trash. Our bed made only once. I asked the front desk after a couple days for housekeeping to come and do a full clean - vacuum, mop, trash, bed etc. Not done! We paid good money and never been so disappointed. The staff was nice enough but doesn’t excuse the lack of cleaning.」

「We stayed at this hotel for five nights and unfortunately had several issues that were never resolved during our stay. The biggest problem was the lack of Wi-Fi in our room. We reported it every day by calling, stopping at the front desk, and even filling out a maintenance request form. Each time we were assured that someone would take care of it, but nothing was ever fixed. In today's world, reliable internet access is as essential as electricity and running water, so this was a major...

「We had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. The water park was by far my family's favorite part of the trip and provided hours of fun. Having the bar and restaurant connected to the hotel was also very convenient. This is definitely our favorite place to stay, and we look forward to coming back!」

「Close to the 90 and Mt Rushmore. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Warm fresh baked cookies in the lobby. Used the whirlpool and pool and liked them fine. Across the street from Mongolian BBQ which we loved. Clean comfortable room and beds.」
