"It’s a great location and honestly the breakfast is better than most that offer free breakfast! Have stayed here numerous times and will be back again in 3 weeks!"

"This is our favorite place to stay in Madison. We love the King Studio, and the parking is super convenient. And it’s in walking distance to so many things to do. Great spot."
"We were up for the weekend and it was as a great stay. The beds were comfortable the staff was 10 out of 10 and the location, you couldn’t not beat it! "
"We were heading to a wedding, and needed a safety pin quickly, and the front desk staff was very helpful and found us a couple of safety pins and that saved the day. Thanks!"
"This was a great place to stay for us. We were moving our daughter into her house for graduate school at the UW Wisconsin Madison so it was very convenient. We had pulled a trailer and when I asked about trailer parking the front desk told me that there was a sign out front that says no trailer parking and that it would be towed however they did allow us to put it into a stall and unhook it from our truck and keep it there.
As far as our stay, the property was well cared for the room was comfortable, even though we were in a “queen deluxe” room that I’m pretty sure stated there would be two queen beds. They were actually two full size beds, but that was OK for us. The room was very quiet, which was great. I didn’t hear any water running from rooms around me or from upstairs nor any outside noise.
The self serve breakfast was good. My husband had the waffles which he said were excellent. All the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
We will definitely return to this property!
