The property was very on top of room service and did an excellent job with keeping the property clean. Also offers a continental breakfast which was quick and tasty. Overall property was kept clean and offered options to shuttle to downtown Madison.

The room was clean, the staff was professional and courteous. They were very helpful with the elevators when there was an issue with it. The location is awesome as we were attending the Great Wisconsin Quilt Show.

Clean, cordial staff, great mattress and pillows. No hot water Saturday am and did not offer to remedy this problem. It was a hotel wide issue. Hilton guest services reached out and were able to give me some guest points towards a future stay. That made me feel better.

This property was renovated last year and it was a vast improvement from my previous stay. The staff including Roxy, Cody and Tim were the best and I’ll definitely stay there on my next trip to Madison.
The recently renovated rooms are very comfortable and clean.

The hotel, room, and experience were great. Finding out at check in that I could have saved $100 on the room if I called the hotel direct is very frustrating. The Expedia price is supposed to help you save money on the room not increase your costs. Very frustrated with Expedia because of the difference. Will not be be looking to use Expedia in future for booking rooms

Hot water system had been replaced recently and wasn't working on the morning of our stay. Cold shower is not a great way to start a winter day in Wisconsin. Front desk folks apologized and offered reward points to make up for it but they hadn't posted a few days after our stay.
